Buying and/or selling a home can be a daunting and tiring process for many, but with the proper knowledge and careful planning that Alicia helps to provide, it can be a smoother and more manageable process for her clients. By understanding your needs, knowing your market, and communicating effectively with all parties involved, we can create a win-win situation for everyone.
Alicia is a high-powered REALTOR® with the experience and passion to help and guide her clients toward their desired results in real estate. Born and raised in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County, she graduated at the top of her high school class and went on to study Business Administration at the prestigious Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. She moved to Orange County after graduating from college and became a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and financial auditor at Ernst & Young, where she worked with several large real estate, manufacturing, and technology companies. While rising quickly through the ranks in the private sector, Alicia began buying and selling real estate as part of her own personal portfolio. Realizing how much other people could benefit from her personal real estate and financial experiences, she soon earned her real estate license and became a full-time REALTOR®, setting aside the corporate accounting world and committing herself to serve her community in a more comprehensive, effective way.
Alicia knows that there is much more to selling or buying real estate than handling volumes of paperwork that accompanies a sale or purchase. Building clients’ trust and carefully interpreting their ultimate dreams and goals are key to bridging the gap to achieve them. Her results-oriented approach and focused attention to her clients’ needs far exceed the industry norm. Alicia’s clients become her advocates because of her ability to bundle every affiliated service and resource necessary to complete any transaction.
Alicia’s services include short sales and REO’s, in addition to standard sales. She especially utilizes technology tools, including social media and other paperless protocols, to better serve her clients.
On a personal note, one of Alicia’s proudest individual moments was running and finishing the 2005 Los Angeles Marathon. That was a true test of determination, endurance, commitment, focus, desire, and consistency. Becoming a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California was also another proud moment of hers.
Alicia currently lives in Orange County with her husband and young son.
