“What a great experience it was working with Alicia to sell my condo. From the beginning she was not like the past real estate agents I had used. Alicia came in with an open mind and helped me decide if it was even in my best interest to sell at all. Once we decided it was time to sell, she even gave me ideas on how to best stage my place before it went on the market.
Alicia was able to get traffic to my place and we got an offer in less than a month. We ran into problems in escrow, but Alicia stayed positive and explained to me we had ways to still move forward. She always had backup plans to keep the process moving and get us passed these unforeseen obstacles.
As the sell of my place fell through, Alicia was already working on ways to get my place sold through a short sale. She was able to convince the potential buyers to go in on a short sale for my place.
